Siemens leaves the Bicocca office and moves to the new offices in via Vipiteno.

The building is the core of a broader urban redevelopment project that envisages, in addition to the new Siemens headquarters, renovation of existing buildings, improvement of accessibility and construction of a sports facility.

The project covers 86,000 square meters, of which 32,000 square meters are intended for offices, built according to the “smart working” concept. The building, designed by the Barreca and La Varra firm, has been built with innovative criteria and is certified by Leed Gold.

A sculpture by Daniel Libeskind created for Expo 2015 has been placed in the flower bed facing the new premises.
