Italo-Chinese centre for environment and energy, Beijing (China)

The building is the result of an agreement between the Chinese Ministry of Science and the Italian Ministry of the Environment. It hosts offices, laboratories, an exhibition centre and a 20,000-m2-conference centre. Energy efficiency and the reduction of CO2 emissions are the objectives to be achieved through technological research, an experimental use of materials and innovative solutions.
