Cost Control Engineer

Budget setting;
Benchmark Data Management;
Preparation of preliminary estimates, metric calculations, and financial statements;
Cost control in preliminary, final and executive design;
Computation and quantity surveying in the BIM environment, relating to the rest of the Design Team;
Optimization and management of quantitative and qualitative data within BIM models;
Analysis and association of parameters underlying a process of cost controlling and constructability of Projects.

Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Building/Architecture/Architecture or Surveyor's Diploma;
Knowledge of the Office package and in particular Excel;
Knowledge of Revit software;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
Communication and organizational skills oriented toward teamwork;
Motivation and willingness for professional growth;
The following are preferential requirements: knowledge of one or more foreign languages in addition to English and knowledge of Primus software and STR Vision CPM software.
