Cost Control Engineer

Venice

Management of work accounting and related records in coordination with Construction Management and the contractor;
Verification and updating of SALs, reserve analysis and cost control;
Drafting and updating economic frameworks and progress statements;
Support in the preparation of variance surveys, progress reports and payment certificates;
Collaboration with the technical team in the economic and contractual management of projects;
Analysis and monitoring of executed quantities and comparison with design forecasts;
Coordination with project contact persons and administration for economic and management reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Building / Architecture or Diploma of Surveyor;
At least 2 years of experience in construction accounting, cost control or construction economic management;
Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;
Knowledge of computation and accounting software;
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
Organizational skills, accuracy and aptitude for teamwork;
Motivation, reliability and willingness to grow in a technical and international environment.
