Main skills

  • Design and sizing of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing (MEP) systems for buildings;
  • Support for the Construction Management team during the project execution phase;
  • Preparation of technical documentation, calculation reports, and system specifications;
  • Coordination of activities related to building systems with other design disciplines (structural engineering, architecture, etc.).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or Civil Engineering;
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of the Office suite;
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of AutoCAD;
  • Experience, even minimal, in MEP system design;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken (at least C1);
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2);
  • Knowledge of Revit MEP software is a plus.
